The Mobility Operations team ensure Mobility has robust policies, processes and technology in place which allow us to operate efficiently and compliantly, so we can focus on providing the best possible experience for our Mobility colleagues and our customers.

Working as part of Operational Blueprint & Strategic Projects team, the role holder will own our global process documentation and maintain our global process site, as well as identify and support with process improvement initiatives across Mobility.

Key responsibilities

• support with identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience across our tools, processes and customer service teams
• own customer improvement backlog and prioritisation
• facilitate the customer support model governance forum
• perform deep dive analysis on key issue areas
• work with delivery teams to understand key customer query areas and drive improvements
• collaborate across our Market Units & extended network of delivery teams.
